lunar time - game boy advance game
project Timescale: february 2013 - may 2013
Lunar Time is a 2-D platformer where the player can manipulate time to transform between a human and a werewolf. This is done by pressing the B button whilst standing in front of a clock. As a werewolf, the player can jump higher and get over taller obstacles but villagers will attempt to kill them. As a human, the player is safe from the villagers. The player will have to analyse each situation and decide which form they need to precede further.
The game was written in C++ and tested on an emulator. All art assets were created by myself. The purpose of the project was to create a 2D tile-based game for the Game Boy Advance with collision detection.
Below is a gameplay video and a downloadable for the game. To play the game you will need to run it on a Game Boy Advance emulator such as Visual Boy Advance http://visualboyadvance.net
